Conditions of Stay
Minimum stay of 7 nights with arrival and departure on Saturdays in periods B, C, D, E.
Minimum stay of 3 nights in period A.
Access to the facility and handover of the accommodation unit may take place between 16:30 and 21:30 on the day of arrival.
The accommodation unit must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Pets are only allowed in certain bungalows and are not allowed inside the accommodation units, only on the veranda.
We only accept small animals.
Only one animal is allowed per accommodation unit where possible.
Animals are not allowed under any circumstances in Mobile Home.
Under no circumstances may pets be left unattended inside or outside the accommodation unit.
Payment policies
Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the confirmed stay.
The balance of the stay must be paid by bank transfer or payment card before the arrival date of the booked stay.
Cancellation policies
In the event of a cancellation request received within 60 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation request received after the 60th day prior to the date of arrival, the entire amount paid for the reservation as a deposit will be retained.
If a cancellation request is received after the 15th day prior to the arrival date, the balance of the entire stay will be charged.
Info Deposit
On arrival, guests shall pay a deposit of € 100.00 in cash for any damage caused during their stay.
This deposit will be refunded on departure if it is made between 8:00 and 10:00, ONLY after the customer has vacated the accommodation unit and the staff have checked the condition of the Bungalow or Mobile Home and after the bracelet handed in on arrival has been returned.
In case of departure before 8:00 a.m., the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
In the event of early departure, the deposit will be returned at the time of check-out, if this takes place during office hours. Otherwise, it will be returned by bank transfer.

We are 2 adults with a 5-year-old child, can we book this type?
No. This type can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and one child aged 0-4 years. The ideal type for you is the Bungalow Studio 3 places.
We have a dog, can we book this type?
No. Pets are not allowed in this type. The types that can accommodate animals are: One-room bungalow 3, One-room bungalow 3+1 e Two-room bungalow 4.
Are the accommodation units equipped with bed linen and towels?
Bed linen and towels are available on request for a fee.
How far is the accommodation unit from the sea?
The Village Camping is about 900 m from the sea, which can be easily covered on foot, by bike or with our friendly little train included in the price.
Can I hire a beach umbrella and sun loungers?
It is not possible to book beach umbrellas and sunbeds through the hotel as we do not have a private or affiliated lido. However, it will be possible to book beach umbrellas and sunbeds by contacting the equipped lidos in Torre dell'Orso directly.
Do you offer half board or full board?
The hotel does not offer half-board or full-board, but you can use our pizzeria, our bar or our takeaway or on-site gastronomy service, with payment for consumption directly at the hotel.
Is it allowed to smoke inside the housing units?
No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation units.
What time should I check out?
Accommodation units must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is not possible.
