Conditions of Stay
  • Minimum stay of 7 nights with arrival and departure on Saturdays in periods B, C, D, E.
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights in period A.
  • Access to the facility and handover of the accommodation unit may take place between 16:30 and 21:30 on the day of arrival.
  • The accommodation unit must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Info Animals
  • Pets are only allowed in certain bungalows and are not allowed inside the accommodation units, only on the veranda.
  • We only accept small animals.
  • Only one animal is allowed per accommodation unit where possible.
  • Animals are not allowed in the mobile home under any circumstances.
  • Under no circumstances may pets be left unattended inside or outside the accommodation unit.
Payment policies
  • Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 30 % of the total confirmed stay.
  • The balance of the stay must be paid by bank transfer or payment card before the arrival date of the booked stay.
Cancellation policies
  • In the event of a cancellation request received within 60 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
  • In the event of a cancellation request received after the 60th day prior to the date of arrival, the entire amount paid for the reservation as a deposit will be retained.
  • If a cancellation request is received after the 15th day prior to the arrival date, the balance of the entire stay will be charged.
Info Deposit
  • On arrival, guests shall pay a deposit of € 100.00 in cash for any damage caused during their stay.
  • This deposit will be returned on departure if it is made between 8:00 and 10:00, ONLY after the customer has released
    the housing unit and after the staff have checked the condition of the bungalow or mobile home and returned the bracelet given to them on arrival.
  • In case of departure before 8:00 a.m., the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
  • In the event of early departure, the deposit will be returned at the time of check-out, if this takes place during office hours. Otherwise, it will be returned by bank transfer.
Camping Conditions & Policies
Conditions of Stay
  • The stay is calculated according to the number of nights.
  • For advance bookings, a minimum stay of 7 nights in period D, 3 nights in the remaining periods, is required.
  • Acceptance and check-in are possible from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
  • Departures must take place no later than 10:00 a.m. in order to avoid being charged for an additional day.
  • In period D, a minimum stay of 7 nights with or without reservation is required, to be settled upon arrival, with no possibility of refund in the case of early departure.
  • The possible renewal of your stay may require you to move your pitch.
Info Pitches
  • One medium/large tent or 2 small tents are allowed on the standard pitch.
  • Only one small tent (igloo) may be set up on a half pitch.
  • Space for other types of equipment is not guaranteed.
  • It is not permitted to park a car or motorbike on the pitch or in the camping area, but only in the parking area at the entrance to the campsite.
  • Pitch allocation is at the Management's discretion.
Crew Info
  • In Standard and Large Pitches each crew may consist of a maximum of 6 people; any other people will constitute another crew.
  • In Half Plots each crew may consist of a maximum of 2 people; any other people will constitute another crew.
  • Minors are admitted only if accompanied by a parent or, at the Management's discretion, an adult with an authorisation signed in original by a parent, a copy of an identity document and the telephone number of the parent holding the authorisation. In any case, groups composed exclusively of minors are not accepted.

Info Access
  • Guests upon arrival will receive a wristband valid as a pass.
  • This wristband must be returned on departure, only after the pitch has been checked for cleanliness by the staff in charge.
