Access to the facility and handover of the accommodation unit may take place between 16:30 and 21:30 on the day of arrival.
The accommodation unit must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellation policies
In the event of a cancellation request received within 60 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation request received after the 60th day prior to the date of arrival, the entire amount paid for the reservation as a deposit will be retained.
If a cancellation request is received after the 15th day prior to the arrival date, the balance of the entire stay will be charged.

We are six people, can we book this type?
No. This type can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. The facility does not have any 6-bed units.
We have a dog, can we book this type?
Yes. We only accept small or medium-sized pets. Pets are only allowed in certain bungalows and are not permitted inside the accommodation units, but only on the veranda. Only one medium-sized pet or two small pets are allowed per bungalow. Under no circumstances may pets be left unattended inside or outside the accommodation unit.
Are the accommodation units equipped with bed linen and towels?
Bed linen and towels are available on request for a fee.
How far is the accommodation unit from the sea?
The Village Camping is about 900 m from the sea, which can be easily covered on foot, by bike or with our friendly little train included in the price.
Can I hire a beach umbrella and sun loungers?
It is not possible to book beach umbrellas and sunbeds through the hotel as we do not have a private or affiliated lido. However, it will be possible to book beach umbrellas and sunbeds by contacting the equipped lidos in Torre dell'Orso directly.
Do you offer half board or full board?
The hotel does not offer half-board or full-board, but you can use our pizzeria, our bar or our takeaway or on-site gastronomy service, with payment for consumption directly at the hotel.
Is it allowed to smoke inside the housing units?
No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation units.
