Conditions of Stay
  • L’accesso in struttura e la consegna dell’unità abitativa potranno avvenire dalle ore 16:30 alle ore 21:30 del giorno di arrivo.
  • L’unità abitativa dovrà essere liberata entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza.
Info Animals
  • Gli animali sono ammessi solo in determinati bungalow e non possono accedere all’interno delle unità abitative, ma solo in veranda.
  • Only one medium-sized or two small animals are allowed per unit.
  • Animals are not allowed in the mobile home under any circumstances.
  • In nessun caso gli animali domestici potranno essere lasciati incustoditi all’interno o all’esterno dell’unità abitativa.
Payment policies
  • Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 30 % of the total confirmed stay.
  • The balance of the stay must be paid by bank transfer or payment card before the arrival date of the booked stay.
Cancellation policies
  • In the event of a cancellation request received within 60 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
  • In the event of a cancellation request received after the 60th day prior to the date of arrival, the entire amount paid for the reservation as a deposit will be retained.
  • If a cancellation request is received after the 15th day prior to the arrival date, the balance of the entire stay will be charged.
Camping Conditions & Policies
Conditions of Stay
  • The stay is calculated according to the number of nights.
  • For advance bookings, a minimum stay of 7 nights in period D, 3 nights in the remaining periods, is required.
  • L’accettazione e il check-in potranno effettuarsi a partire dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 14:00 e dalle ore 16:00 alle ore 20:00.
  • Le partenze devono avvenire entro e non oltre le ore 10:00 al fine di evitare l’addebito di un’ulteriore giornata.
  • Nel periodo D è richiesta una permanenza minima obbligatoria di 7 notti sia con che senza prenotazione, da regolarizzare all’arrivo, senza possibilità di rimborso in caso di partenze anticipate.
  • L’eventuale rinnovo del soggiorno, quando possibile, potrebbe rendere necessario lo spostamento di piazzola.
Info Pitches
  • One medium/large tent or 2 small tents are allowed on the standard pitch.
  • Only one small tent (igloo) may be set up on a half pitch.
  • Space for other types of equipment is not guaranteed.
  • Non è consentito sostare con l’auto o con la moto in piazzola o in area campeggio, ma solo nell’apposita area parcheggio situata all’ingresso della struttura.
  • L’assegnazione della piazzola avverrà a discrezione della Direzione.
Crew Info
  • In Standard and Large Pitches each crew may consist of a maximum of 6 people; any other people will constitute another crew.
  • In Half Plots each crew may consist of a maximum of 2 people; any other people will constitute another crew.
  • Le persone minorenni sono ammesse solo se accompagnate da un genitore o, a discrezione della Direzione, da un adulto munito di autorizzazione firmata in originale da un genitore, di copia del documento d’identità e del numero di telefono del genitore intestatario dell’autorizzazione. In ogni caso, non sono accettati gruppi composti esclusivamente da minorenni.

Info Access
  • Guests upon arrival will receive a wristband valid as a pass.
  • This wristband must be returned on departure, only after the pitch has been checked for cleanliness by the staff in charge.
