Period of data retention

The period of data retention is that necessary for the purposes arising from the services requested and for a further period of 24 months. If the information requested is the subject of an online transaction, such data may be retained for economic and fiscal reporting purposes for a period of 10 years. As regards the technical data managed by the site, such as cookies, the retention period is defined by the technical characteristics of the cookies themselves and specified in the "Site cookies" table. Target audience

In order to carry out and support the operation and organisation of the activity, some data may be brought to the attention of or communicated to recipients. These subjects are distinguished in: Third parties, data processors and sub-processors, and authorised personnel under the authority of the data controller or processor.

Third parties

are defined as natural or legal persons, public authorities, departments or other bodies other than the data subject, the controller, the processor and the authorised persons responsible for processing.
For data processing related to administrative, accounting, legal obligations, customer management, contracts the data may be communicated to:
- Companies operating traditional or computerised postal services.
- Domain name registrars
- Any other parties whose disclosure of data is necessary for the achievement of the above purposes, or for a legal obligation;

Your data will only be processed by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller, with the assurance of adopting suitable instructions, training, confidentiality agreement and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:

Rights of the persons concerned

Data subjects (persons to whom the personal data refer) may at any time exercise their rights under the Regulations through a dedicated personal area. It is possible to access this area by requesting the link through the specific procedure at the end of this information notice. A further way of exercising the rights of the Regulation, if the user has used the newsletter service, is through the special link at the bottom of the email received.
